Brochures @ Sense of Thai

We were able to place 50 brochures in the entryway to Sense of Thai restaurant located in One Loudoun. Individuals were able to grab a brochure as soon as they walked in. Brochures include what a microplastic is, the harmful effects of microplastics on human health, and the importance of caring about microplastics. In addition, our other informational resources were attached in the brochures. All of our brochures were taken, so we interacted with at least 50 people, and possibly left an impression on 300 individuals.

Chipotle Fundraiser

Join us for a meal at Chipotle! On January 10, 2023, we are hosting a fundraiser for the MicroMission campaign at Chipotle, located at 1001 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. After we raise $150, 1/3 of the revenue will be donated to the MicroMission campaign for future anti-microplastic endeavors and to a charity of our choosing. Chipotle uses sustainable packing with little plastic use. Support MicroMission by having your dinner at Chipotle! By filling out the MicroMission Fundraiser interest form and then attending the fundraiser, you have the opportunity to win a $20 gift card and a free tote bag paid by the profits of this event. Our goal is to get more than 50 people to attend.
